Previously painted steel and tile roofs alike take strain in the Cape Town weather. When the time comes to protect that roof from the elements and re-coat it, we have the experience needed.

Proper preparation of the surface is key, and applying the correct product for the required application is essential.

We prefer the roof painting application to be done by brush. In our experience the spray on applications result in a far thinner coating. Thus having a shorter lifespan. The brush application uses more product but the end result is a much thicker coating. This thicker coating, has a longer life span for obvious reasons, and tends to deal with any minor leaks through hairline cracks and pinholes.
